Please update!, This is one of the best stories I've ever seen! :-) Not to mention that I'm also happy with this story because it's one of the few ones out there centered on Timothy Drake, AKA Red Robin. I mean, you have Dick stories, you have Jason stories, and even some Damian stories. What happened to Tim stories, then?

This is awesome! I mean, with all the attention lauded onto Dick as the first Robin and Jason as the bad-boy Red Hood, no one really pays any mind to Timmy and Damian. And as much as I like the Demon-brat, I've been on the hunt for some good Red Robin stories ever since I read the comics (which are pretty cool, by the way), and this story fits the bill PERFECTLY! Also, some plot ideas if you're stuck:
Are you considering having a possible relationship between Tim and Kon? While it might be canon to have them involved romantically (read-I don't know Teen Titans as well as I know the Batfamily), it doesn't seem to fit with the way you're making out Kon to be. Having a brother-like relationship in my opinion would work the best, seeing as it fits the best and seems most appropriate for their age and mindset.
And about your problems regarding how THIS Tim and Kon would react, I think that Kon would be more of a bubble-boy, someone who is book-smart but not street-smart, has lots of academical knowledge like Tim but unlike Tim, he doesn't know how to use said knowledge. 'Sides, there's more to knowledge than knowing facts-eg; morals, and especially the Grays in the world, good people in bad situations and all that jazz.
Tim here seems to me like a very souped up version of Tim before becoming Red Robin, because his position with the Bats and by extension, the League, isn't as strained as it's supposed to be, so in short his social standing seems like the one he had in the comics as Robin, NOT Red Robin. So basically, I'm pretty sure that you should make this Tim like his canon self when he met Green Beetle in Young Justice-wary, cautious, and slightly suspicious, but also willing to make exceptions and trust out of free will. I feel that Tim might see Superboy as his responsibility, and as such, would probably take the blame if he got hurt. Feel free to disagree, no offense please, and thanks for your consideration!

I'd think that Kon/Conner would be really laid back. Jokes a bit but doesn't do big smile. Small smiles maybe. Still clueless with society. Doesn't have anger issues but if pushed far enough he'll probably falcon punch them or something. Pretty much how your doing so far so you're doing a great job on Superboy's personality.

Hmmm, I really like the program thing, considering that Conner took control of things at that conscious thing. You'd think that he's developing mind powers or something. Able to use his consiousness/subconscious to form/creaete something, actually that would be pretty cool. Doesn't he have that thing called Tactile Tele- something, whatever it's called.
