I’m just writing to say that I have read this story so so many times over the years and I never get sick of it! You managed to expertly bring the characters into a new setting and give them such a well rounded development that I was entranced the whole time! There are points that you describe things in such detail that when I stop reading it takes me a minute to realise I was reading and not watching something, which says another thing on how well you are able to engage your readers. This story progressed at a really good speed and I never felt like things were too rushed or drawn out too long. I’m a bit of a history buff so I loved how in detail you went into the history of the time and the respectful way you wrote about the religion and culture of the time, for me this just gave the story extra depth! Honestly I would buy this as a book and I just wanted to thank you for all the time and effort you put into this as it’s a story that just keeps on giving and hits just the right spot in the soul haha!

Man I know you wrote this years ago, but I’m quite the fan. You’ve taught me so much about the 12th century, the weapons, the healing devices, attire, structure— not only that, but your use of vocabulary is fabulous and breath taking. I enjoy your warped vision of the Espada within this realm and how it all fits so perfectly together. To be fair, I’m quite the critique, but I’ve nothing but love and adoration for this story thus far, tour writing, and how you display each character with such description.

Hello, umm I don't know whether you're going to read my review or not but I really want to say I really REALLY LOVE your fic. It's just SO AMAZING that you can make Ulquiorra do sweet things to Orihime and still make him in character.

I really love how you develop their feelings slowly (UGH I LOVE SLOWBUUURRRNN), I love the way they treat each other at the beginning of the story AND I love Orihime's character development! I'm amazed that you insert Orihime's brave side here and how Ulquiorra pull that side of her more!

You know, the first 17 chapters are so sweet I thought I can smile FOR A WHOLE WEEK because of it (or maybe get diabetes first) but the then the story started going downhill and I just uuugggh you made me experience emotional roller coaster (I LOVE IT THO) :')

AND THE WAY YOU PICTURE ULQUIORRA'S RELATIONSHIP WITH AZIZ AND BRAM! HOW CAN YOU MAKE ULQUIORRA SOFT TO THEM AND STILL MAKE HIM LOOK IN CHARACTER UUUGGGHHH. THEY 'RE SIDE CHARACTERS BUT YOU MADE ME LOVE THEM. OH AND I WISH BRAM IS STILL ALIVE :'))

Loved, loved, loved! I was on the edge of my seat the whole time! I loved the detail of the world you created, the lore and everything. I was hoping for a bit more closure at the end and although I know you originally planned a sequel, I do so hope you write it, in the meantime an epilogue to further tie up the loose ends would be nice. Please. Such a wonderful job i truly enjoyed!

This is an amazing story, so well-written and the characters are all IC, I truly enjoyed reading it. I'm just sad it only took me a day to finish reading it (once I started I just couldn't stop), while it took you many years to write this story.
I also loved the historical accuracy, you've done a marvelous and thorough job.
I just wish the ending was a bit longer, it seemed a bit rushed but nevertheless good. If you're planning a sequel for this story perhaps there will be an epilogue. In any case you're a great author and I'll follow your work.
Anyway excellent work here, especially the evolution and development of the relationship between Ulquiorra and Orihime, so beautifully and thoughtfully written.

I just had to write and tell you I love this story so much. I'm extremely impressed considering English isn't your first language. I would never have known.

I love the fact that this takes place in an alternate universe than the original Bleach but is still tied to it. Ulquiorra is my favorite character, and the UlquiHime pairing is my favorite couple. I love how you portrayed their love for each other. I could just feel their emotions as i was reading. I didn't want to stop reading it, and was sad when it ended. I would jump at the chance to read a sequel. I want to find out what happens next.

If it wasn't for the names and and previous knowledge of the original characters this would make an amazing stand alone story or book. I really hope you write more and i would love to read the sequel if you post it.
