That was so sad! It was also beautifully written! This story makes me think of how gay men and women have had to live through the ages in secret and under hatred. It reminds me that they haven't been able to be with the ones they love openly or they were under some sort of lie to appear "normal". How very sad indeed! Thank you for sharing this with us!
