I had to go back and reread the whole thing. Arthur being blind caught me by surprise; I felt that something was off but apparently didn't make the connection.

Oh, those two...Arthur's insecurity makes me want to hold him close but luckily he has a lovely, supportive boyfriend to stay with him. Preferably forever. Definitely forever.

Again those little things! The idea of Alfred reading romantic novels to Arthur is absolutely sweet and just a little silly because I imagine Alfred would not do very well with building up the proper mood at times.

Alright, you are officially my favorite usuk author. Hands down, you win. Every single story of yours I have read and deeply loved. Each has warmed my heart to the core. This one was so beautiful. Alfred really is such a sweetheart :) he really is as charming as he makes himself out to be. This one-shot feels much like your other blind Arthur AU, and I love that. But oh wow, that ending! Poor Arthur, he shouldn't worry about that. Ugh this story just shreds my heart into bits the more I think about it. It is just that good. Your Alfred and Arthur are so perfect and feel so real. I love it all. I'm rambling on now...but really, this was excellent.
