Just so you know arimasen is only used with items. Anything alive would be imasen. It comes from aru meaning it exists and is not alive and iru meaning it exists and is alive.

SHIT. THAT'S IT. I'M DONE WITH YOU. FUCKING JAPANESE OVERUSING. Why are there SO MANY UNREASONABLE JAPANESE IN FICS? Yeah I ABSOLUTELY HATE THAT. No, I REALLY LOATHE THAT. I know a lot of people do that and I don't have to read this if I don't like, but shit this is WAY too much. 'Nii-san' instead of 'Brother' or something in SO many other fics(I know that is not on this story), this kind of things are relatively tolerable. I know referring your own brother literally 'brother' all time is awkward. I know that. But, a lot of people do this by altering Al's 'Brother' as 'Ed', so this is proper in your culture. Even officially English dubbed version does that. So, I REALLY don't understand why 'AmestrianJapanese'. FUCK. This is horrible. Amestris is more like England or European country, right? RIGHT?! In FMA, both 2003 and Manga and Brotherhood, EVERY sign, document and newspaper or something is ENGLISH EXCEPT TWO whole time. That two exceptions are just JOKE and that was very small and minor thing. If you think in manga and anime people say Japanese so that's okay, that is JUST because FMA is made in Japan. Yeah, as I said earlier, if I don't like it, then I just quit reading and don't have to insult you. So everybody's fine. But, this is WAY too disturbing. If you REALLY want to use Japanese, THEN DO IT PROPERLY! What the hell is 'kurasai'? Just misspelled? But Mustang saying 'arimasen' what the FUCK is that?. First, 'arimasen' is not to be used for referring people. This is 'It's not here'. To say 'that person is not here', you have to say 'imasen'. This is already on other reviews. BUT, still wrong. Mustang is saying this to Hawkeye, so as BOSS to SUBORDINATE. But, 'arimasen(ありません)' is for SUBORDINATE to BOSS or JUNIOR to SENIOR or just BEING POLITE. So, considering they're both military personnel, 'arimasenIt's not here, Sir'. More correctly, 'imasenHe's not here, sir'. What kind of boss is saying 'SIR' to subordinate? Corrected one is 'inai' Corrected one could be wrong, 'cause I'm not a native Japanese and I don't study Japanese, but I know that you did it wrong. Hell, my English could be wrong too, since my native language is not English.
So, yeah. I think you're not even reading this, 'cause this is years ago, and even though there are corrections in reviews about the same thing I said above, BUT YOU'RE NOT CORRECTING THAT MISTAKES. Are you ignoring that? That is your 'Criticism welcome'? Just ignoring it? Some corrections were there before your final update on this story.
FUCK IT ALL. Just consider me as an annoying troller and extreme hater who can't let things go such as this trivial and not important things. Maybe I'm just a Japanese word hater. I feel the need to point out that despite the fact that this is a Marcellus piece of fanfiction, and one I have read multiple times, I have only just noticed a confusing spelling error. Big wow for me. I mean really. My brain should not take this long. I guess I just usually get really caught up in it. Point is, you want the word agnostic rather than antagonistic. Even though Ed is both, agnostics are the ones who are unsure of the existence of God(s).
