I love your stories, but sometimes I think you're adding too many super awesome people to their team. Not everyone is going to be this super amazing super mando or Jedi Ace... or they wouldn't all be put into the same unit.
Just try to make it a little more realistic in that way by giving them just ordinary Jedi Knights or Knight/Padawan teams every once in a while.
