I came. Hard.

Wow, thank you for this perfect story! At the beginning I laughed so hard several time that I had to close my door and laugh into a pillow. It was a rare experience. Then I liked the way Sherlock kept the upper hand and manipulated John into admission of attraction. And then, how matter of factly he treated the situation - and how John had to react to the fast change with giggles. I adore how they, especially Sherlock, did not dissolve into marshmallow fluff even afterwards, rather they kept mocking each other. Best part was maybe where they try to compete about who can spot more evidence of the other's devotion.
You did not write a romantic plot using Sh and J, instead vice versa you wrote Sh and J in a subplot like this and that makes all the difference in the world. Even if I might enjoy a sappy story while keeping my suspension of disbelief firmly in place I delight in occasionally stumbling upon a story like this where I can get rougher men who happen to fancy each other and still not melt completely.

I would have loved to have heard Mrs Hudson's thoughts on this encounter, to finalise the story, but it was really well written. Nicely done.

Love it! Very cute and funny. I would have died laughing if Sherlock revealed after that he knew Mrs. Hudson had left for the day! Then they would be forced to try again. Super sweet story, and very well written. Great job!
