It's a good idea but you have Merlin as an idiot when it comes to magic. Why was he needing to physically fight people when we've seen how he can handle himself with magic when he's doing so in the open?

This was such a heart-warning and thrilling adventure! And it was nice to see Arthur get the short end of the stick for once. I love BAMF!Merlin! I also loved Gwaine's tale to Leon a few chapters back where Merlin was concerned; "He's scary when he's angry, mate." Loved it!

I typically prefer Merlin to Arthur, but right now I would totally give him a dozen hugs. He definitely could use them. Poor Arthur...
