As a tride and true Walter I fully applaud this wonderful crossover oneshot. It had me laughing loudly as soon as the troop came in through the veil.

The sound of the motorcycle reving up? Instantly knew that was Gonzo's latest attempt to jump the ramp into the old heckler's balcony once again.

Luna and Xeno living on Sesame Street when Kermit was still an on-the-spot reporter, yes, exactly. I would also believe Headline Howie (a Sesame Muppet character) was part of their staff as well, Snuff's Just Fluff. On that subject, I could also believe Dr. Nobel Price as a relative of Xeno's.

Animal chasing Bellatrix akin to Nancy Kirschman from TMTM, classic.

Oh Lucius, you done it now. *Backs away knowing full well the karate chop's coming.

And of course you had appearances by both Lew Zealand and Crazy Harry, playing off of the same joke from the intro to the Harry Belafonte TMS episode from Season 3.

For some reason I was expecting the chaos in the Veil Room to reach the point where Kermit would just launch into the usual good-nights ending, "We'll see you next time on another episode of Harry Potter! Yaaaaaay!" to then end on the musical outro from the musicians in the orchestra pit.

I can believe the Lovegoods living on Sesame Street and I can believe Dolores as Kermit’s cousin. I can believe Piggy not wanting Animal to spoil her manicure. All in all, a plausible story.

Lol I just discovered this. I haven't seen the Muppet Show in like 25 years, yet I remembered the song and actually had the character voices in my head. No Rowlf or Fozzy though? Poor Bella I actually feel sorry for her. Humorous little one shot.
