I really loved it! the characters are so lovable. Cocky, bratty, charming, angst-free Edward and poised, smart, beautiful, kinky, brit Carlisle, are one of the best matches I read so far. The plot is original and different, especially for an E/C pairing. What's not to love in your story? the situation of their encounter and first date, the evolution of their relationship, the dynamic they built, and the end, all very well written, make this fic a gem.

I'll admit to being wary of this prompt because I knew virtually nothing about the kink (and as a result, not being too keen on the idea after a traumatic google search...sometimes, google ain't my friend...). I decided to read anyway, because I do love me some Carlward.

I thoroughly enjoyed this story! Edward and Carlisle played so well off each other, the dialogue was seamless and their flirting was so charming and funny. Edward's bratty "charm" was adorable (the "Masentron" remark, and the "You talk purty" line in the email had me snorting out loud) and Carlisle was his usual dashing self...even more dashing as a Brit! (OMG YUM)

And what a scorching, gingery lemon! And then the bath...I melted. So sweet.

A lot of folks ask for a continuation of a oneshot. While this is perfect as a oneshot with well developed characters and plot, I would LOVE to see this story explored as a multiple-chapter, culminating just as it has (or beyond, because I'm greedy like that ;) ). That is, if you're in a taking requests frame of mind. *whistles innocently*
