I'm so glad that Blaine wasn't actually crowned prom queen, because hurting Kurt like that was cruel, but doing that to both Kurt AND Blaine, that is crossing the line.

This was an AMAZING fic. Truly amazing. Ive seen a few fics here and there that toy with this idea and I dont think Ive ever read one as well written as this fic youve created. Youve written Klaine so well in this story, both the good fun in the beginning and the hurt later.

The way you captured the emotion of the moment when Blaines name was called, the way both Kurt and Blaine reacted, the preluding of the pain that was to come... It was so touching and beautifully written. I also love what you made Sam did. It was so sweet and I like to think it was entirely in character for him.

Sorry to ramble on about this but I just need to let you know how much I LOVED this fic. Thank you so much for writing it and sharing it. I look forward to reading more of your fics. :)

really sad and sweet. I hate how people view gay people has less of a male. They are still males regardless of their sexual orientation, sam was so sweet.

This was incredible- thank you for writing such a beautiful, honest piece. I look forward to the day when a boy can bring another boy to the prom, or a girl can bring her girlfriend and they can kiss each other while dancing, and no one bats an eye, it doesn't get written up in the local paper as the worst scandal to happen to the town, and no one would even think about bullying these kids. I know it WILL happen, but ignorance dies slowly. As adults, we tell kids not to give bullies the power they crave, but it is a difficult message to deliver when bullies take all shapes and forms... politicians, teachers and educators who don't do anything to STOP bullying when they see it or hear about it, and the masses of small-minded, bigoted people in this world. They make these kids feel ashamed to be themselves, something that they can't change anymore than the blue eyes they were born with, and it's not okay to do that. Thankfully though, things like your beautiful writing, which let people see that open-mindedness is not a BAD thing, will eventually change things.
