| Zellie chapter 1 . 4/3/2004 Okay, honey. Let's get a few things straight here. 1) This story is not an LotR fic. It is a butchered piece of cow shit with the worst original character mangling I've ever seen or heard of. And I've seen some of the worst. 2) Your grammar is worse than bad. Someone needs to teach you proper formatting. No matter how much "next door" might sound like "next store" in some dialects, it is always "next door." I can't even begin to give you help. Please, get a crew of beta readers, and please, choose enemies rather than friends. Enemies will more often tell you the blunt truth (and boy, honey, you probably have enough of them that you have your fair pickings.) 3) You KILLED Lord of the Rings. You killed it, and you should die. I only read the first chapter and the first five reviews. I had decided not to read any further after I trudged through the first chapter, and the reviews just sealed the deal. Not even the glowing reviews could suade me to read further. This SUCKS, and you can't justify WHY other than that you are stupid and/or clinically insane. Please. Die. If you'd like to try to save your skin, I've provided my email address for your flaming pleasure. Don't hold back, honey, because you sure don't hold back in your writing. Which sucks, by the way. |
| Mouse chapter 66 . 4/2/2004 LOTR high school fics make the baby Eru cry. *This* fic makes the baby Mouse cry. The baby Mouse is crying very, very hard. Jesus H. Christ in a sidecar, child, if you want to write moronic high school hijinks, write an original fic. The people in your story act nothing like the people they're named after; why bother calling this LOTR? I'd tell you to fix the absolutely acidic grammar and spelling, but you wouldn't listen. Oh, and present-tense narration is nearly always a very bad idea. Only very, very talented/experienced writers can pull it off. and you do not fall into that category. Excuse my while I bleach my brain. |
