![]() ![]() ![]() Amazing one shot! It was so sad that I cried, but it was also hauntingly beautiful and a story that I will not forget. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much for posting. Blessings, Sophia the Scribe |
![]() ![]() ![]() Thank you. Thank you so much. I cannot even put into words how much this changed my view on...on a lot of things. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Beautiful! Such vivid descriptions and characters so perfectly portrayed and written. And ingenious premise for a story - especially like the "failure" section of Neville's part. I like how it shows the other side of what was happening when Harry left, which feels so overlooked in most cases. And a wonderful homage to Neville as a character because he doesn't get enough recognition! And Hannah is like practically invisible most of the time even though she's got so much potential so thank you for showing this side of her! Honestly I didn't know how much I needed this story until I read it (and again, and again, and again). Thank you! |
![]() ![]() That was beautiful... I loved it... but did Dean die? Or Vector? And I'm not sure if Anthony did... all the same, great job! |
![]() ![]() ![]() "That's what happens when people are oppressed. Either everyone breaks. or eventually, someone rebels. Better fighting than broken, in my mind." PERFECT. Those are the lines that spoke to me the most, although every one in the story was beautifully crafted. I applaud you, very loudly. |
![]() ![]() ![]() This is too much, and yet exactly what I needed. This is Neville with the weight of the world on his shoulders and trying so hard (and it's so easy to forget that he too is 17). This is Hannah who is gentle and fierce, and I love your depiction on this long year. I love the way you built their relationship, and the tension between joy and grief. It's so delicate, and you do it so very well. Thank you for writing and sharing. |
![]() ![]() ![]() One of my favorite insights into Hogwarts during Deathly Hallows. Incredibly beautiful and evocative. Thank you for sharing this! |
![]() ![]() ![]() I've never been majorly into neville/hannah, but you are making me ship them :) |
![]() ![]() ![]() It's really good. I just have one little remark. I wished you would've mentioned Neville's parents more, and made the link with Bellatrix Lestrange's torture they had to endure. It would've made it better and more realistic to an extent because Neville ends up being the chosen one too, if you get what I mean. In the end, the Dark Lord did gave him powers that marked him as an equal because he lost his parents to the dark side. And almost worse than Harry, because Harry's parent were 'just' dead, while Neville's parents were broken, to never come back, to never remember, and you should've mentioned that when he was feeling guilty because of the cruciatus-curses the other kids suffered. But that aside it's really good. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I LOVE Nevill and Hannah together. |
![]() ![]() ![]() This story was heartbreakingly beautiful. Loved it. |
![]() ![]() You write these two so perfectly. I really hope you come back to this pairing soon. |
![]() ![]() ![]() You definitely need to stop making me cry. This was just brilliant. I loved the insight into Hannah's character because you don't get much from the books and I really loved the way you portrayed her. Neville was awesome. His guilt so reminiscent of Harry but different all the same (Ginny's comment about that made me smile.) I kind of want to read fluff about Neville and Hannah now. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I loved this with all my heart. Neville and Hannah are mean to be. |
