I've just finished reading the whole thing and the only complaint I have is THAT IT'S SO SHORT!

And I noticed a possible grammar error: I think "tawtute" is singular only. The plural seems to be "sawtute", given its use in Jake's warning about the incoming attack on hometree in the movie. I could be wrong, but I think it is that way.

Other than that, the attention to detail is INCREDIBLE! And from what I learned while watching the movie and reading the Avatar wiki it's all spot on aswell!

How do you reduce or eliminate the chance of the ex miners & machinists co-operating with the RDA?
Hearts & minds: Educate them to live wisely while they are here. Then maybe they would turn on any RDA forces that attempted a counter-insurgency operation.
I don't know how the efforts of the RDA could be stopped unless they could never re-take Hells Gate

What is this 'lowest cost solution?'
I fear it could be something very nasty that the RDA have. Trudy was heard to mention the phrase "friggin daisy cutters", before the Great Battle. So the RDA potentially have something nasty in their arsenal for the phrase & it's context to be still in the military vocabulary. A 'daisy cutter' being a bomb with a exceptionally powerful blast wave used in Vietnam to clear jungle.

After Mo-at met Katy King and Cari Mohamed I wonder if the Avatars ought to be given All-Mother classes and First Bonding ceremonies? When Ey'wa says it is right they should happen of course.

We have not yet come across avatar drivers who are mates, have we?
Sad then that according to the canon of this story they cannot share tsahaylu as mated pairs should do.

If the evil RDA do attempt to retake Pandora, they'd have to start at Hell's Gate. The good tawtute with avatars would then be well and truly screwed. If they could escape as humans they wouldn't last very long. The RDA wouldn't want the base exploding from some badly aimed ordnance hitting the power station and damaging the reactor.
Maybe the RDA might try and be sneaky. Have some advance forces as avatars as recon maybe?
I would relish Ey'wa messing with the RDA.
