Awh, this is a really cute story (despite the angst in the middle) and yeah, it's really well written. The description and those short sentences depicting Izaya's indecision and displaying exactly how deeply Shizuo seemed to affect him... wow, the words just painted a rich tale all on its own. Usually- and I think this is a misconception on my part- I tend to think of kinkmeme prompts as the sort that are more PWP than plot-driven, but surprisingly enough, this actually contained introspective thoughts that would sum up this story as having a viable and palpable plot. Um, well, what else to say, really? All I can really say is thank you for writing this, I guess C:
