Oh my god! I spent the last few days reading this and I’ve never loved a fan fiction story or read one as artfully crafted as this. Words can not describe how incredible I found this story. The characters come alive on the page and are so true to their real personalities and you showed things I wish I’d seen in the show especially the events that occurred leading up to Ziva shooting him. I am blown away by how well crafted this is and thank you for your efforts.

One of the best stories I could read, (and I almost read all that available on this site on NCIS lol), very realistic.

I wish I could favorite this story multiple times. The angst was layered perfectly with humor and hope, and you’re method of writing the characters is fabulous. I was a little disappointed and the lack of Ziva and Tony’s daughter, but after seeing the publish date I got over that real quick. This was amazing. Thank you

Oh wow this is *amazing*! I read this in two days and I am just blown away with how you made this story and incorporate canon elements where I can *see* this actually happen. And I'm not very well versed with Israeli and Jewish culture but I feel like you captured them pretty well, I love how you depicted Jenny and Madeleine's bond with the David family.

I was expecting with much heartache, Kate's death but I didn't expect to love Talia so much and how much her ghost hung over the story and like in canon was the catalyst that threw Ari so far away from his sister, and Ziva's breaking. I'm so glad in this world we get to see both Jenny and Ziva get the happy ending they were denied.

I will read this story for all my life

This was the first fanfiction I've ever read and it was the best thing I've ever read in my entire life! Every single free minute I had I was reading and every time I wasn't reading this story was in my head. I certainly has a lot to do with me basically growing up with Gibbs and loving that character more than anything. After all these years thinking about Jen's death still makes me cry and incredibly sad that they never admitted how much they still loved each other...
But also the writing and how f**ing well the story is thought out and fits into the actual events of the show is just incredible! Setting the beginning with Jen and Ziva working together and having Tali alive... I could go on and on and will most definitely read this story again and again! Thank you so much!

I recently stumbled upon this story and must say, I am blown away. I have read and reread it several times now. This is by far one of the best fanfiction pieces I have read. I am super impressed with how accurately you have stayed true to each character, yet expertly woven new and important details into each of their stories. Bravo!

I would love to see you continue this series in some way, perhaps a story about Madeleine's wedding? Jethro and Jenny as grandparents?
