A favorite story from my late teenage years. I really should reread this story. I read it 3 times in high school so I guess I liked it, and I've never really forgotten about it. I would like to give my more in depth thoughts on it, someday. There are some great and surreal moments. Too bad the author has more or less disappeared. RIP LeilaEditer you shall be missed, by me and probs a few other weirdos on the interwebs. Thanks for making this story. ;)

This is one of the best stories i've ever read.

The romance aspect, after being built up for a massive part of the story really feels like an afterthought with this epilogue. We're essentially told "it was all made better and they lived happily ever after".

One other minor thing, Fi REALLY hasn't felt like Fi at all. She seems like a completely different character. Like an OC with the name Fi.

While I've enjoyed the premise and overall arc of this story, that being what has kept me engaged up to this point, I have to say that there's so many points of view and events going on at the same time that a lot of the focus is lost and a lot of it feels rushed, especially in the latter half of the story. I do especially like a lot of what goes on with Link and Zelda's character arcs but a lot of it gets lost because you just have so much going on at once that at times it can be hard to follow. I found myself skimming over a lot of the "filler" chapters because they add very little. What's there is good and definitely worth a read but I just wish there could have been a better handle on the scope.

You finished it! Bravo! Thank you for the ride. Constructive criticism- the journey was too strung out (too many chapters) and the end was too rushed (one chapter). Also near the latter half there was too much snark and whining not enough happening. One plot point, Ganondorf needed Mattie alive to play the Ocarina. He should've refused. Maybe if the main him was at the castle and the double went on a journey, he could've cancelled the spell and just neatly escape. Anyway, enjoyed snarky Link and Zelda shiek nonetheless.

Still interesting altho now a bit of a slog. Interesting parts are the Link ones. Honestly, so much magic in the dungeons and stilk none of them can break out? Also, I would think if it came to magic vs magic Zelda has the potential to trump whatever magic Daddy out in those

I'm not a big fan of Fiona or Lincoln. Altho it does make sense in this world of yours.

Ahhh, ok. But when did the switch happen? When both were sleeping and no one was keeping watch? Or when she was getting water?

Curiouser and curiouser. Her Papa taught her the bow and taught her how to ride. Did he miscalculate?

I'm liking this a lot. I'm just wondering why Papa captured a spring guardian and gave it to Zelda. Will it be explained somewhere? Or it doesn't mean anything?

Your best chapter yet! The big reveal works! From the other chapter that ended with Link pulling out the sword to this one. Very well done!
