I have to admit, your human AUs are my absolute favorites. I read the oneshot where Mikey was sick a long time ago and I just reread it, and finally read this one. I love them both so much. I like the concept of Raph and Donnie as twins, and a young Mikey with the older Leo who takes care of them.

Interesting story! Glad Leo recovered from his bronchitis . Inhalers can be good for a severe bronchitis before it turn to atthsma. If it turns to asthma then the inhalers has to be use permanently or have an oxygen machine at home to avoid to go to the hospital unless the atthsma turns life threatening .
