I hate to say but Link in the game liked Colin more than he liked Ilia. He would probably rather be with Colin then with Ilia.

Cute story, I like it. A lot of Link getting beaten up, but still very sweet. I don't often smile like a doofus while reading, but this time I did.

Three words: You did great. Characters are spot on and the interactions are believable, why did you ever doubt it?

I'm not a person who reads a lot of romances or for that mater always enjoys it but I enjoyed your story even the last chapter which felt like it came out of a romance novel. I can't figure out why but I had the song "Life is beautiful" stuck in my head during the second and last chapter.
