I'm sry to be such an annoying bitch in the review section,. but I'm just FLABBERGASTED at the contradiction. you can't pretend Brittany's ppl don't steal while reading to create some congruency when you've actually written that everything they survive on is stolen. ...sigh. I'm so confused on how Brittany reacts to the bandits raping. In the raids she partakes in her comrades rape and murder with abandon without a doubt. there's just absolutely no arguing that. You making Brittany so kind-hearted while also a pillager just creates so many inconsistencies in your story. I'm only saying this bc it's just a shame, besides that the story is just so amazing. It's kinda silly to suggest Brittany doesn't pick fights or kill without vital reason, considering she convinced her people to rape and massacre an entire town for no other reason than to (apparently minutely, judging by her continued lack of respect gained) raise her social standing. I just feel that it makes your character inconsistent, seems to me your character and story would have been much better off without her being the instigator of the raid at the beginning of the story. Not that big a deal I suppose, inconsistencies just personally bother me fsr. Doesn't change this being one of the best stories on this site though!

I'm sucker for an ancient time kinda stories no matter how old I get. so here I'm totally blown away with ur story tbh I never expected it to be THAT good the way u kept improving the plot kept me on edge it was like 3 parts first Brittana finding each other then Santana's struggle then saving Santana all 3 parts were amazingly written and addictive I was losing sleep for it lol thank u so much for writing and sharing this I hope u know how much I enjoyed and appreciated it no matter where u are. That's so dumb how Brittany is disgusted by rape, like its some strange, horrible thing that she has to stop when she happens upon it. As if she doesn't see it everyday. Rape is like eating food to vikings. Not only were no doubt dozens of women raped on the said she herself instigated, the women that were captured as slaves -once again, her fault, knowingly- are going to be raped EVERY SINGLE FUCKING DAY for the rest of their miserable lives. You have an odd penchant for having your characters easily forgive people for horrible was completely responsible for the death of that woman's baby girl, and she instantly forgives her as if she broke her favorite coffee mug! I really like your story, but I'm just getting so sick of Brittany's hypocrisy! She's always acting like she's so sad at this and that, like Sam's death. It's just so dumb, given that she completely willingly slaughters hundreds of totally innocent people, just because she feels so good while doing it, because it "feels like dancing" her character is just so ridiculous! The story itself though is amazing, highly entertaining!

Wow. He just sat there and watched as those guys try and rape Santana. And Brittany just completely forgives him. He even refuses to apologize to Santana, for no other reason than she is dark skinned, but Brittany doesn't mind at all, she still just chills with him like everything is cool

He claimed that rape is abhorrent? I guess you're being historically inaccurate so the readers aren't completely disgusted with the people your story follows, but raping women is an extremely common act to pillagers. Not to mention the slaves they capture. They are raped every day of their lives until they lose there beauty.

This story is awesome! Weird how all of the events in the last couple chapters seem to be completely forgotten though. We don't get to see the fates or punishments or anything when it comes to those people that tried to rape Santana, or the blacksmith. And not a single person says anything about Brit slaying a troll! I mean shit, it takes SEVERAL men to kill a troll! And she kills one by herself! She should at least get a little acknowledgement for it!

I couldn't remember the reason she convinces everyone to go murder and rape all the people in the village, so I went back and reread the end of chapter 1. She did it simply because she loves killing people. It feels like dancing to her o_O wow. I can't really see how she tries to say it was an accident that she speared the woman, when she was the one the made sure the entire village was destroyed! Just because she enjoys the act of killing. I mean wtf, can't she just dance? Lmao
