Why is naruto so hyperactive?

That was a very written, entertaining, and at times pretty funny read. One of the better multi-crosses I've read where you not only made the interactions between the many characters pretty damn entertaining, but also kept the characters responses and actions pretty true to their original form, given that they were to be in these sorts of situations of course.
The entirety of your writing had no noticeable errors, not only in terms of grammar and punctuations, but also in terms of the flow of dialogue and exposition. Which were -as said- very entertaining and quite engrossing, easily leading the reader on in a 'What cluster-fck will they land themselves in now?' sort of pull.
One of the .9999 hidden-away bullion's of gold and a small pouch-full of 24 carat diamonds you sometimes -oh so very- rarely find in the cavernous gong-hole that is the Naruto section... and sadly discontinued probably due to bigoted Narutards angrily whining that their beloved icon isn't rofl-stomping the entire world at the speed of their furiously rage-f pping $hit-coated hands... Truly a waste that this became discontinued, as there were heap-loads of potential in the world you combined and the way you made them work.
This truly was a funny, entertaining and engrossing story you wrote, would love to read more if it ever continues.

If this world is anything like the original timeline she needs to take care of not just konoha but all the major villages and most of the minor villages plus akatsuki before she can even have a small chance of winning even if she accomplishes all that there are still missingnin and in this world apparently rampant martial artists and mage assosiations yeah she would really be better of finding something else to conquor.

when I read the summary I expected this to be really bad but I'm glad I took the time to read this it's a pretty good story(the main reason I started was because I was in the mood for bo the ranma and negima)
