I've only found this story and I really hope that you have plans to continue! I am so sorry to hear about the troubles you are enduring but you are clearly a strong person and I hope things get better! Hope to read more of you're work soon! :)

I know it's been a while since you wrote this but I'm just reading it all so I'm going to write you under the pretext that you will see this soon. First, still really enjoying the story and love the pairing. I'm NOT pleased that theykilled off Andrea and even Merle (I saw potential there) so I say-hell yeah to ignoring their mistakes and continuing to write your FF like they never died. :) I also totally agree with you about the family not only being blood. It's all about love and support and sometimes you find that in others and not the group you were born into. On a side and more personal note, I don't know how you are currently doing but I really hope you are doing better. I have my own depression issues but im 'functioning and faking' really well. I dont know you but I'm worried about you. My own kids just turned 18 and 16 and it wou, d just completely break my heart if they struggled like you seem to be doing. I hope you are getting the support you need. It's good for you to have a creative outlet such as writing. The world can SO not be what we hope for but a break from reality and the power to create your own world through writing-well, that's a little ray of sunshine at times.

Great dialog. The way you write Daryls speach is throwing me a bit. I expected 'ya' but 'ye' sounds old english and not southern redneck. Still, great writing and thanks for sharing. :)

Great story. Hope you continue. I need more Andrea stories, there are hardly any since she has more haters than lovers. I mean no offence to some other characters but Andrea was of more use than some. She fought walkers, her death was useless, such a waste to kill her. Such a waste of a good character. She was becoming the character she was on the comics, she was becoming much stronger and though it took her forever she finally found something to live for after her sister and Dale.

Still haven't gotten over Andrea's was given a pathetic ending. The season finale of season 3 was slow, they just decided to kill her just to kill a main character. There was much more to Andrea than they believed. They decided at the last moment to kill her, some of the workers on the set actually fought for her character but in the end they killed her. I don't think I'm going to continue with the show. That whole putting Andrea in a torture chamber was useless, nothing big happened other than killing her, it was stupid. I was hoping that Andrea would be the one to kill the governor. He claimed to have plans for her? If that was the plan than the writers and directors sucked at their job because that was the slowest ep to date. My favorite episode was Prey since it only featured Andrea kicking walker ass and dealing with that psycho, the only part I obviously didn't like was her getting caught, but I already knew the governor would get a hold of her, I just liked the episode showing how she can deal with walkers and the governor all by herself yet one simple walker ends her life?

I'm still not over the fact that they killed Andrea. What a waste of potential, she was slowly showing herself to be an ass kicker like she was on the comics and they decide at the last minute to kill her, they didn't have use for her anymore. What irritates me more is the amount of people who were happy that she died. They mourned Merle for crying out loud, they gave him a chance to redeem himself. I mean for god sakes they threatened the actress who played Andrea, they threatened her life for doing her job. And I feel the writers gave those psychos what they wanted. I wanted to see her grow and just as I was seeing that they pissed on it and had one simple walker bit her, the girl dealt with the governor all by herself along with a bunch of walkers with the help of a tiny knife and yet one walker she could have easily kicked to the ground since she was tied up and squashed his head to the ground. The writers gave up on her. Merle was redeemed, he died killing a lot of the governors men lowering the amount of soldiers to prevent the governor from defeating the prison group, he let Michonne go, T-Dog saved Carol, Lori saved her baby but Andrea gets a shitty and pathetic ending. I mean even Milton went down fighting for a good cause, obviously he might as well stabbed Andrea when the governor told him to if that's the case, his death was a waste. It was just a stupid slow dreaded episode. They didn't shock me, since the episode of Prey you already knew she was a goner, not to mention the amount of times I saw Laurie Holden aka Andrea being interviewed out of nowhere. She hardly did public interview and yet towards the end she was on Larry King, Ellen, Walking Dead etc. You know what's also stupid, on imb, you can tell how long a character is going to be on something, so that kind of spoils stuff for you. I remember when this show came out I didn't want to watch it knowing how shows and movies with the concept of zombies ends but I decided to and in a way I regret it. They are killing off the original characters to make room for the new ones.
