I thought, after he saw the photo, that that was probably what happened to Jacob. Though not the bit about Leah. It is certainly going to make finding out that Edward suffers from anxiety and/or depression problematic for her (I can’t remember if it’s been explicitly identified as one or the other, and since antidepressants can be prescribed for both...). And the longer he takes to tell her... even though it’s not as though he’s been deliberately keeping it from her, up until now. Still it now becomes the elephant in the room that only he knows about. I can’t imagine she’s not going to feel like he’s kept it from her, just like Jake did, if it doesn’t come out quickly. Worse still, if he thinks of his anxiety as a different thing, but she finds out he’s taking antidepressants and freaks out...
