This story is pretty good, though it just begs for a continuation

Late to the party ... but still. _ - very pretty. Very pretty writing. I don't usually click on a Lavi/Allen pairing, but the balance between the Noah and Allen and Lavi's conflicted emotions is finely executed. I kind of love this a lot.

It's so rare to see any fanworks in the DGM fandom that are more centric around the Noah, and without them being explicitly labeled as good or evil. They're a bit more complicated than that, since they're not human but often have very human emotions.

One thing I love is how you characterized Neah, and how you managed to do with such a masterful economy of words. It's one thing to use paragraph upon paragraph to convey a very specific, vivid image - that requires no skill at all. It's another thing altogether to give the reader powerful, rich imagery without needing to use more words than necessary.

"Allen turned his face slowly. A sudden chill ran down Lavi's spine as Allen locked eyes with him."

Something about that line was just... very vivid. It brought to mind the chapter where Lenalee wakes up and catches a glimpse of Neah staring off instead of Allen, where you can feel his sheer age through the slowness of his movements.

i was surprised that i had never read this before but then i saw that it was posted today. this is already one of my favourite fics with neah. it's written so well and i don't know how to say this but i like the way this story is worded? i like how the scenes go back and forth in time and fit together so well.

I love the suspense! Though I'm a little bit confuse; is this one-shot a mix of flashback and present time? If it is, would you mind writing the flashback in italic or vice versa? That'll help me to understand more But overall, this is a pretty interesting fic! *thumbs up* You did a great job XDD
