Having played the FF7 remake has reignited my desire to read all the old fics I have followed and/or favorited. I forgot how fantastic they were! But this one, in particular, strikes a chord with me. The whole gang shipped into the past - with Denzel and Marlene thrown in, to a point where Crisis Core has not yet happened.

You have the right blend of character angst (especially Cloud), comedy (like shoving people through windows, absolutely hilarious) and just general insanity between them all that it seems to fit perfectly for me at least.

I dearly hope that you have purchased the remake and that it may reignite some desire for you to complete this fanfiction, I would love to see where it could have gone. I also acknowledge that you may have your own responsibilities now, real-life can very much press down on us all. Anyway, please take this review for what it is, an outstanding commendation for a story that can still move me and make me laugh.

Well, that's a rather mean ending.

So I'm guessing right now they need to find young Cloud, talk to Cloud's mother, Tifa's father and then head for the Reactor and Jenova. If Jenova's there... Knowing Hojo... *shifty eyes*

Of course, even if they take care of Jenova, there's still the degradation of the Soldiers (there will still be Jenova cells to hunt down! Hope they have the water from the future, if not another stop by Aerith's might be necessary), the Wutai war and Shinra to worry about. I wonder where Rufus Shinra is right now. Tseng is only the second in command under Veld too, right? Veld who was Vincent's partner back in the day... and then there's the original AVALANCHE not to mention Deepground...

We still have a ways to go, don't we.

This is a really cool story and one of the best time-travel fics i've read in the ff7 fandom. Not sure if you still plan on continuing, but thank you for sharing these chapters and i'll be here if you ever decide to write some more.

The idea of sending all of Avalanche back in time, while not original, is woefully underused. I particularly like your take on it. I'm quite eager to read more.

Oh! Please have Cloud run up and kiss her! It would be so romantic! Also love the Vincent and Yuffie moments! This is such a crazy cool idea!
