I'm glad I read Scars first even I didnt realise it was related at this before I read that fic .

And never thought I finally read this fic sooner than I thought.

Beautiful Pirate Arthur...!

I think this is the second time I've read this and it was as good as the first time. The one thing I noticed that kind of bugged me was that their characters didn't quite add up to Scars; particularly Arthur's. In Scars, Arthur is much more timid (unlike in this one where he isn't afraid of saying anything wrong), has to initiate all the kisses (and it very shy about it. Also, in this one, Alfred initiates his fair share of kisses), and doesn't believe that Alfred loves him. Don't get me wrong, they are both still absolutely fantastic stories! It was just some food for thought; you may ignore it if you wish.

I loved it! i have to say i have love this story since i knew Scars had a sequel/preque and since i read some chapters on LJ, im happy to have found this fic again! To see pirate Arthur and cocky king Alfred was the best of it, all with knowing both of their past and everything, the story is perfect and i wont say the ending was bad, instead i will complain because i wanted to read more of it because it was so good! (and i wanted to know what happened in the wedding, im sure Arthur was a bit of a psychotic bride XD) All was perfect!
