This is a interesting story, now Penny said she'd say yes if Howard asks her out why doesn't he ask her out officially since they've already hung out just to see if she'll say yes and for her to see he's more than a pervy guy, to have him take her out on dates, and to make love to her and to show her what kind of guy he is and show what she's been missing.
