OKAY THIS WAS A FLAWLESS READ. Seriously. I saw someone comment they felt like that has missed somethingyou nailed the art of subtext. I had to reread in a few places but all that did was make me want MORE because of all they weren't saying. Thank you for putting so much time and effort into this story. Especially in terms of character development. like. damn.

This story was hard for me to get too into, mostly because it seemed there were times there was supposed to be something there that wasn't in order to tie some things together (such as the dialogues). However, that didn't distract me enough to be interested in continuing. It was such a different way of bringing two non-canon Twilight characters together.

Watching Bella go through all of her struggles wasn't easy, but seeing her come to some realizations and answers was nice! I'm so happy she made it there on her own and grew up in the process.

I can't say I'm surprised by Peter's decision when they confronted the Volturi, but I am surprised he didn't take away her choice to change her right then and there because that is how most Twilight stories play out.

Watching Bella help Peter also come to terms with his life and loss was sweet in its subtlety.

Now, with that said, I would like to see this story's conclusion be more toward Peter & Bella's life together now that they have both come to terms with their feelings for each other and new-found relationship, even through to her actual change and how Charlie copes with the lost of his daughter, or does he have to? Does Bella get to remain part of his life in some form? Will Charlie end up as a vampire too? Will Charlie die before Bella is changed? Heck! Is Alice right? Will Bella ever change? Or is she now content with being human while with Peter? I have a feeling the latter won't be the outcome, but it would be nice to learn what is her final deciding point and how it involves Charlie, or if it does. ;) Also, with all of her regrets during her "dying" in the warehouse, will she call her mom more, will she check in on Jacob?

So, I leave you with the hopes you will continue this story. :D Thank you for writing and sharing what you have so far! :D

Dang your Bella is already coming off as weak and annoying

Just discovered this & I loved it! Loved that B & E grew up without making them bad guys.

This was a flawless piece of writing. I can't even tell you how much I enjoyed this. So many people write Bella growing into her feelings as if she could do it over night and easily. You wrote it honestly and realistically the way it should be, and it came out perfect. How could she not react to what she saying. How could she see all that and experience all that without it affecting her? It's not possible. It would leave a scar on her soul. I love that you acknowledged that, and I absolutely loved watching you take two broken people and make them whole again. Just marvelous.

Loved this outtake chappie for showing the flip-side convo, thoughts and actions between Peter, Jasper and Carlisle. For me it added heft and clarity to the epilogue.

I would love to read more about an outtake of Peter and Charlie's first meeting each other, 'Divided' both between Charlie's and then, Peter's POV's.

Thank you. I suppose Peter and Jasper had to have a little talk about things. I'd read somewhere that a human dies when they lose about 40% of their blood, so Peter was cutting it awfully close. Quite the gamble.
