The Shadow Keeper chapter 8 . 5/22/2015 Wow! Great chapter! I can't wait for more :) |
Falseface chapter 6 . 5/20/2015 Well, that Talon just desecrated Dick's parent's corpses by blowing them up with a bomb. That's... new. Hopefully in the next chapter we learn more about this Court. It's nice to know the leader really respects his underlings and soon-to-be underling with the finest hospitality that Gotham's upper crust can offer. All kidding aside, why would anyone follow a guy like that? |
Falseface chapter 5 . 5/20/2015 Pretty sure Alfred would understand if you left the hospital, Dick. Alfred would probably get the wrong idea until Bruce says something later on. If what you're doing feels wrong and not true to you, Dick, then maybe you should just listen to *you* and not do what every one else wants (everyone else being The Court)? Fight it. Or be passive, does it matter? Just embrace your horrible destiny. You're not a hero anymore. |
Falseface chapter 4 . 5/20/2015 Dick's still not dealing with his problem, which is as infuriating as the Batman himself. Great! If Dick doesn't want to go he should tell The Court to piss off. Or dig up dirt on them (as Talon or whatever) and ruin them right in public. Come on, Dick, use your noggin. Well, this is off topic, but here goes. I don't care for the other reviewers about their feelings towards Tim in this fic. "He just seems like a plot device that drives a wedge between Bruce and Dick." Ha ha ha. Ha. A.) Tim's a scared sixth grader (11yrsold). Deal with it. B.) Don't blame Dick and Bruce's refusal to communicate on a child (even if that child is Jason, Tim, etc.). |
Falseface chapter 3 . 5/20/2015 Dick really needs to have more confidence in Batman/Bruce Wayne. It's irritates me when he doesn't. Oh, wow. Dick, you idiot, Bruce just told you he didn't want to give you to them, yet you want to do exactly that as a last resort? Nice to know you don't have a better plan in that empty head of yours. |
Falseface chapter 2 . 5/20/2015 Oh... I get it. Dick's juggling his independence, his own teenage problems, and wanting to be a child again? Then toss in some surprising facts about his childhood home that could tarnish his memories? While he gets caught up in that, he could decide between dealing with his problem with Tim and Bruce or running away as a Talon? Speculating aside, I'm interested. |
