the sad thing is I've totally done this before, I'm not kidding in the least. I got home, it was raining, my parent's phones and shoes were there and there was no note. I kept hearing noises and i got really freaked out and got a knife and just sat behind my kitchen counter. moral of the story make sure you tell your 14 year old whose obsessed with murder shows and stories when you're going to visit the neighbors.

Geeze, I was scared just READING it, I'd be in hysterics if I was you or your friend and it actually HAPPENED to me! Lol good story and I think you should put your WAAAAY overactive mind to good use by writing more fanfiction stories :) HAHAHAA
