This is the best one I've read yet as far as character development goes. I could honestly hear garrus and Shepard in almost everything that was said, and everything that they did! I would have liked it if they'd been broken up a little bit longer; a few more chapters of angsty awkwardness on the battlefield or citadel etc before Garrus getting drunk, but who cares? Wow 3 ( Can you tell I just finished me3 a few days ago? I've been soaking in as many Shakarian stories as possible to quell my need for the happily ever after that I knew I could get when Garrus couldn't bear to put her name on the casualties board and then she lived 3) Anyway I know you have a life but I look forward to much more.

Bravo. I wouldn't have believed that still had this level of talent in its roster, but lo and behold, it does. I loved everything about this story. The main characters were well written and fleshed out, I thought, and they acted and reacted in ways that I both expected and didn't. I don't what more I can say to praise this except that it's going on my favorites list.

Although there were a few typos throughout the story, those were it and there wasn't anything else to distract from the story itself. Thank you for sharing this with us and I hope to see more from you in the future. Feel free to PM me if I can help in any way :)

Wow, this was great. Seeing Shepard be vulnerable like this is rare and I think you pulled it off nicely. Looking forward to Chapter 5!

I guess it's a good thing that I read all of Garrus' lines in his voice. This was a nice look at what Garrus had resorted to in his state. It felt like a cutscene straight out of the game. I have to say though, I'm not sure if I'm liking this Liara, but I may need more time to warm up to it. Chapter 4!

Chapter 2 done and done. I have to say, I wasn't really expecting a Shepard's point-of-view chapter, but I found myself enjoying your words. There were a couple typos but other than that I thought this was a fantastic addition to your story. To chapter 3!

I really liked this, a lot more than I was expecting to. I thought the characterization of Garrus was great and I can't say anything bad about it. Thank you for writing this and I can't wait to read more.

Well, I have already read this whole thing on the meme like five times, so it should be clear that I like it a lot. :) There are maybe a few spots coming up where I wouldn't mind seeing more dialogue or development, but overall I really like what you've done with this story. (pm me if you want more specific suggestions)

In this chapter, I think Garrus' personality and anxiety come across well.
