I know I often feel like a disappointment to my family too. I like things that they often find disconcerting with. Like stuff that is nonsense to them.

There's hardly anyone in my family who's willing to 'be in this together with me.' I like keeping my stories to myself, and they are my proud work, aside from getting things, like toys, books, and movies that I wanted.

I know my mom has said a few times she's proud of me, but I have never heard my dad say it. Though he's said I'm right a few times.

Awww, that was sweet. I really liked that story and am glad that Don and Splinter had that talk. You have two mistakes however. Too should be to and Your should be you're. Other than that, good job.
