I read this yesterday in a hurry, then read it again slowly at night, sacrificed my sleep. Then I left this open because I HAD to review properly.
Long story short, I think this is your best-written chapter yet. And not just in terms of grammar, punctuation and the like either.
A couple of the scenes had me laughing outright, which of course is an achievement on your part. Especially the Arnold/Olga scene in the beginning. Lulz xD
You've balanced Helga's different attitudes towards Phoebe and Arnold really well. Most writers, while writing an AxH thing, forget that Helga is the type to fiercely oppose Arnold having a visible influence on her life. But you've put that there spot-on. And her relationship with Phoebe's parents is very realistic, too.
Speaking of families, HOW GREAT are the new-and-improved Patakis! All these other writers love turning Bob into some jerk who divorces his wife and beats his children-I'm glad you didn't go there, because I never could see Bob that way; and frankly, that characterization is now fairly cliche and hence quite irksome to me. Although I will say this, Bob doesn't seem like the kissing-his-daughter type either. But that's just my opinion. He's just a big, burly man who doesn't know what to do with his excessive masculinity most of the time; and can therefore only take so much estrogen.
Why must Rhonda be such a bitch :( I mean she has the tendency, but I do like her. And she WOULD bring alcohol, haha. But please get her to reconcile with Helga and everyone else in later chapters, I really like the idea of Pataki and Wellington-Lloyd ruling the school together. Maybe Olga could play a part in this, seeing as Rhonda does look up to her?
And ZOMG Arnold is forrrwaarrddd man. No complaints about that though, of course. Of course. That scene where he just randomly waltzes into the kitchen and gives Helga a peck in front of her sister was. Hilarious. Among other things :D (am I weird for thinking that?)
And PLEASE UPDATE SOON THAT WAS ONE HELL OF A CLIFFHANGER!
Although you are updating quite fast, and I love you for it. I think it's only fair if you know, your story is keeping me fueled through some really stressful school crap. And I'm so sorry I don't review every single chapter, because God knows I barely have time to even READ it with a focused mind :/

I wish you had given more about audiences reactions to different scenes, like with the kiss how did the hyerdal's react? etc, but still awesome! Cutest thing ever that they came to see helga, and at least she got some kind of affection from her parents. It's a plus. :) love this story, keep writing!

Omg i love it. Cant wait for the next chapter. I love that its like an episode that i can actually watch on hey arnold if they were to make an episode of them in high school. It still kept the pg in it along with still showing theyre teen. :)
