Ok ok ok now I'm actually crying. Wow, ouch.

I'm not even sure what my favorite part of this chapter was. Even after all these years I still have a soft spot for Draco, so that was definitely up there. And of course any reconciliation between Andromeda and Narcissa is among my favorite. I loved everything about Hannah and Neville re-meeting and I adored the ending.

No, seriously, loved the ending. I did more than tear up then.

I was in middle school when I started reviewing this story. I don't think you can understand how much it meant to me that the author of one of my all-time favorite fics not only replied to my reviews but said more than just thank you. You always had kind words right back, or cool theories or headcanons.

I looked forward to the PM from you about as much as I looked forward to the next chapter. (Which was quite a lot)

Anyway, it's been an absolutely wild ride from start to finish. Thank you so much for writing this story and sharing it with all of us!

I can't believe I didn't see that this story was updated until now! I haven't properly been on ffn in ages because I finally made the jump to ao3 and I missed it.

I teared up during this. I finally started rereading Harry Potter (for the first time in order, actually) and this was the best possible time for this piece to hit me, honestly. It did such a wonderful job of tying everything up and telling each and every individual story in their own unique ways.

Percy is literally my favorite, so I definitely loved the way you had him meet Audrey and fall in love because it was very in character and also very sweet.

And I definitely loved the story about finding the last of the Death Eaters because I'd never really thought about how long it would take to track them all down before.

The end of this chapter was definitely the best bit of it, I think. How Harry was so brutally honest with Teddy and everything. I can't imagine that he would do it any other way, really. It's sort of like pulling off a band-aid. If he hadn't done it in one painful go, the entire process would have taken longer and hurt a lot more.

The humanity in your stories has always been what I've loved the most (and definitely the reason I've stuck around for what, two and a half years?) and that was evident in this piece too.

I'm going to head over and read the last chapter now, but I just wanted to tell you how good this one was too!

But when I on a whim returned to this place in which I spent copious amounts of my middle school time, I came straight here to find this lovely surprise. This was an extremely thoughtful, well-written, and very passionate ending and I have almost been brought to tears (the ultimate compliment in my books as I almost never cry at the written word. I think if I was currently listening to music instead of half-watching CSI then those elusive tears may have fallen).
I loved your conclusions, even the ones very different from my own headcanons. Percy's employment at Flourish and Blotts was particularly lovely. Draco and Narcissa's redemption was also beautifully handled. I have such a peculiar fondness for post-DH Draco and I love how he became integrated into the Weasleys in your ending, and mainly through little Teddy!
And finally, thank you for the mention at the end. You too have helped me become a better writer. I am so grateful that I managed to click on the Harry Potter section at the right moment to catch this wonderful collection of work. I also hope that I can continue to ask your advice on certain Harry Potter-related matters, and you can feel free to ask me if any such questions occur.
