Despite the fact that this story is not finished, I enjoyed it. This chapter could be seen as an end, so I'm glad for a sense of closure. I do hope to come back and read an epilogue one day. Thanks for sharing.

Honestly, I wish this would have happened in the actual book(lol) I like how you didn't try to change the characters; Peeta is still the boy with the bread and Katniss is still as stubborn as ever. I really enjoyed this(Hopefully you'll make an epilogue of what happens after)

That was incredible. I am so sad it's over and even sadder it's not finished, although it doesn't end in a HORRIBLE place. I still would have liked to see how the rebellion ended and if both Snow and Coin were killed (in my head maybe Johanna kills Coin and Paylor still becomes president?).

Your writing is incredible and moving and kept me sucked in just like the original trilogy did. This story is so beautiful and heartbreaking, I will definitely come back and reread again, I know I will. Thank you for giving me the Katniss/Peeta relationship I knew I always wanted.

I. Am. Wrecked. This is so heartbreaking. I love the twist that Katniss has done what was asked and Peeta is now the spark of the rebellion! You've kept both of them so in character for this situation and it is absolutely heartbreaking. I'm a fun of the smut sprinkled in (haha) but even if it wasn't there this story could stand ok its own. The closer I get to the end the sadder I get that its abandoned but I'm in too deep to stop now.

listen, I know this fic is long forgotten and who knows if you read reviews, but WOW. This is everything I never knew I wanted in a HG fic. You've managed to keep Katiness almost 100 percent in character while still showing how CF could have gone differently had she not ignored Peeta for those 6 months. She says herself at the end of book 1 that she is confused, that it wasn't ALL an act. That she felt something during that one kiss in the cave. This story shows how thing should have gone if she wouldn't have been so selfish and distant. I just love it so far.

This story was heavy, because it focused a lot on the consequences of the Games and how people of high power exploited Katniss' and Peeta's relationship to further their own gains. It really brings to perspective how much pressure these two had during this time. Awesome story!

I’ve been reading this story nonstop! It’s truly spectacular and I wanted you to know that. It’s been 5 years since it was updated and you may not check in with fanfic anymore but in case you do—- just know that this story is so amazing and I’m glad you took the time to write it out. It’s so in tuned with each character that it’s hard to believe it wasn’t written by Suzanne Collins herself. I’m not sure how it will end but just know if you ever decided to add more chapters, you have a fan in me!
