WOW! Mary Morstan has once again shown herself as a heroine-I am Team Irene though-and was epic. She might not be The Woman but she is wonderful in this story-if I could write her like that I'd be overjoyed.
Go Mary for kicking Sherlock's butt! Good luck in the future!

Nice! I'm surprised this one doesn't have a lot more reviews - it's very well written, and your version of Mary is marvelous. I love that she recognizes that she doesn't stand a chance against Sherlock, but threatens to repo John if Sherlock doesn't toe the line. Fantastic!

Hell yes. It is absolutely not alright to commit suicide in front of your closest friend and leave him hanging for years, Sherlock. And thank god that Mary will chew him out for it.

I've always felt that someone John married (canon or otherwise) would have to have a core of steel and a personality to match his own. He could never have committed to a long term relationship with someone who couldn't stand up to him or to Sherlock. So I loved you Mary!

I almost wish they were married and Mary had to interact with Sherlock on a regular basis.

I kinda feel there's Mycroft somewhere in the background clapping...
