Jesus, you finally introduce Mari to the present story, then you stop writing for four years. I really hope this story isn't abandoned, but that seems like the only possible reason not to write. Either that, or you just have the worst writers block in history.

If you are still reading these reviews, I beg of you. Please continue this story. It was sweet and cute and you were just about to have Shinji and Mari reunite.

Please continue this, it's a shame that few like the Mari and Shinji pairing.

The romance in this is too romanticized. Shinji is in love with a girl he barely knows and who for all intents and purposes is a different person since it's been years since they met. Yet everyone at NERV keeps pushing him towards this girl he doesn't even know and convinces him he loves her when he doesn't know her. It's pretty creepy. I hope Mari gives him a wake-up call that she's not some goddess on a pedestal since he's acting like a real creep in this.

7 long chapters... And Mari shows up in the last one and the story hasn't been continued. This is cruel.

please update you left off in the best part of this story is quite good and has potential , you left me wanting to see the meeting between Shinji and mari ,
especially when hears about the hobby of mari by piloting the evas . Unit 03 would happen as in the anime or rebuild or shinji arming of value and save when it is infected by Bardiel .
why the best stories always stop at the best part, please update.

Well it's shoes a lot of promise so keep on going and stride forward and till then I'll look forward to reading the next chapter

I have to say, I really have enjoyed this story. I've probably read it 7 or 8 times by now because the premise is so interesting. So few people even think Mari and Shinji could work. In all honesty its my second favorite pairing (behind SxA). I like how you made Asuka a super bitch to completely kill any romantic feelings most people (including myself) think they have for each other, very nice touch.

The buildup of tension to when they finally meet was also brilliant. And with the most epic of cliffhangers, I still wonder whether she will remember the boy who carries scars and a little stuffed dino a reminders of their brief meeting.

Speaking of Mr. Teeth, his inclusion in the story is great as well, as it gives something for Shinji to focus on, and it turns out he kinda had a friend. And rather than his compulsive need to runway, he's become a protector to keep his one true love from having to pilot an Evangelion.

I would just like to take the opportunity to say this, I do hope you begin writing this story again, as it one of the only Shinji x Mari fics I've seen, and definitely the best, and they haven't even reunited yet! Now that's good writing.

espero que algun dia esta historia continue quiero ver como sera la reunion entre shinji y mari, a pesar de que a shinji le salio el tiro por la culata logro impresionar a mari cuando mato al doceavo angel, el logro impresionar a mari en la cosa que mas disfruta hacer pilotar el eva.
el hecho de que en todo momento shinji tenga la motivacion de evitar que mari pilote puede que provoque friccion en ellos, pero sera interesante ver esto un chico con un amor desde hace años que casi roza la obsesion con una chica cuya personalidad es de lo mas no se poco comun en lo que respecta al eva.
solo espero que mari y la unidad 3 no esten en el mismo destino fatidico que sufrio en la serie original y el rebuil donde el eva 3 quedo poseida por el angel.
espero que esta historia no este muerta.
