Oh, what a place to cut off! I know it has been 6 years since Chapter 5 was published, but I do hope that you haven't completely abandoned this story. The premise is fascinating and I really want to see how it goes forward, with Loki stripped of practically everything... and now he has encountered Darcy. I really love the flow of the prose, and the pacing, too. Thank you for sharing what you have posted here, and please consider returning one day to bring the marvelous beginning to a proper conclusion.

I barely discovered this fanfic, and I realized you last updated on June. So I assume that you won't get back to continuing it anytime soon. I just want to say that I loved it. Your way with words is truly...yeah, I can't think of a word that can justify it. I've never wanted to read a fanfic more than this one. And it saddens me to think that I won't see an update for a while or ever (which makes me feel for those who are anticipating your next installation longer than I have).

Seriously though, you are horrible for leaving such a cliff-hanger. I love what you've done with this story so far, nonetheless.

What a great start! I'm very intrigued to see how this story goes. It certainly diverts from the typical "Loki's Punishment" story, and if there's one thing I love in FanFiction, it's a story that takes an often-done concept and completely turns it onto its head.

-facepalms- Zombie. Really, really? -sighs and shakes head- Well, in any case I'm sorta glad that Odin chose the punishment that he did. It seems rather fitting until Loki finds his humility. And Darcy is all kinds of adorable butterfingers. Actually, her actions (especially in the hospital) remind me a tad of me, so I sympathize.

I look forward to reading what happens next! Especially once she finds out about him being an "amnesiac" found in a dumpster. Perhaps they'll release him into her custody? Who knows.

This story is so... entrancing. I love it already, even though I have a feeling it might break my heart in the process. (If it doesn't, happy me!) Your pacing is rather slow - like you mentioned - but I think that fits the tone of this story quite well. It's kind of refreshing. And wonderful. Lately I've been going through a Loki/Darcy addiction and have read great stories about them. But now that I think about it, their relationship seemed sort of... fast. For me at least. I know one of them mentioned months had paced, but whatever. So I'm glad I found this "slow" story. I think I can wait. That only means there's more for me to read and cherish! (And your style happens to be amazing.) This isn't criticism, so I'm sorry there's nothing you can learn from my words. I'm only babbling lots of praise. Just know: I'm super excited.
