I think the title is pretty funny... and I admit I agree Kuroko has small mouth since he looks funny eating the sandwich in manga XD the anime show him bite small bits. It's more to his polite nature than small mouth actually XD

BTW it seems all author is set on pairing up Akashi with scissors as his trademark weapon in spite one we saw him with in manga is not even his... -.-' ha ha ha
