Its funny when you think about it. Instead of saying she would accept Norringtons proposal she could have just used his job against him.

I tried to give this story a chance, but I couldn't make it past the third chapter. The spelling and grammar is horrid. I agree with previous reviewers on a beta being a good idea. With all the favorites and attention this story has received, I'm rather disappointed. :(

There are a lot of errors throughout the story and Victoria and Jack's relationship isn't really developed, they fall in love just because, they don't really interact with each other. Even though this was mostly a retelling of the movie, it wasn't boring and I like Victoria, to be honest I liked her better in the first chapters. Still, I liked the story and I'll be looking forward to the sequel

I've been reading this wonderful story for the past few days and I have got to say, bravo. This is one of the best CotBP OC inserts I've read in a while. Although I do find it kind of hilarious that the title words aren't actually in the story as it cuts off right before then and doesn't show Jack's POV, but overall I loved this! I can't wait for you to post the DMC rendition!
