"Were you really crying over the fact that James broke up with you and you ended up looking like a fool... or was it over losing me again?" Okay, listen—LISTEN. This, right here, is the sentence that made me scroll right down, even before I reached the half-way point, just to put this fanfic into my favorites pile. No further questions asked. This is a masterpiece.

A few other commentary snippets that had me shOOk and I just can't contain my giddiness:

"Make me," Boyy. Do not go there; my heart can't taKE it. (spoiler: he went there.)

"SAMANTHA SCAM" I C H OK ED
"yoU HAD A CRUSH ON YOUR BROTHER THEN?" THEse two quotes made me full blown laugh holy hell!

"I have that big of a hold on you?" You have single-handedly propelled these two cuties to the top of my ship list, I hope you and your wonderful writing are happy!

'A surprised squeal escaped her mouth—' GiRL, SAME. I knew it was coming, yet this still got to me so hARD.

"James was never the man I wanted anyway." And with that, my heart is sated and I am so, so happy I've read this! This was such a good ride, chock-full of wonderful dialogue, characterization, and fluff and I am once again left amazed by your skill to bring Tim and Sam to life! Keep up the glorious work, hun! x

Sam x Scam is truly an intriguing pairing.
I did enjoy this; the kiss part was truly nice.
This was long as HECK! But, I'm glad I finally finished.
If you do make a sequel, go for it! I know I need to read more fanfics on these two.

I'm not heartbroken and I'm not a grieving mess, but I was sitting in my room and was feeling really homesick. I'm ready for vacation and I'm ready to go home and eat my mom's and dad's cooking, but jeez. Time is the slowest here! I'm sorry...hearing me rant is probably the last thing you need right now. I was having a crappy day and I miss my family, so I came back to the TS fandom after months!

So the whole story just revolved around a casual, awkward late night conversation. Amazing.
Tim Scam... cunning as always.
How their chat started from a simple mockery to a marriage proposal (somehow) is just WOW.
Quick question: Does Scam like Sam or did he just wanted to marry her to prove a point?
Anyways, it's really cute how Sam never wins a conversation against him. And how Scam was able to notice that her ex looks like him. Lol.
