This story was absolutely amazing! I love how you turned it around, cause for a minute there, I was almost like, "Wait, where's the Loki!whump?" But it was there, and it was worth the wait! That little story about Sif in the first chapter as well... And I love that Freya got Beck (even if she didn't kill him). She's such an interesting character that you've created, there.

Practitioners of magic? But the magic is not particularly popular in Asgard... Although maybe to become a victim of this disease one don't have to be even a half-competent sorcerer, just some unlucky owner quite acceptable amount of seidh...

It always is the last person you suspect. Yah, I sort of imagined that when I was reading about his nightmare. Maybe Thor will come around any second or maybe Freya?
Where are the guards when you need them? And Odin! He must have felt all that dear, this is going to be painful for the prince. Seeing somebody else follow adark path like he did and not being able to disuade him. I guess he already figured out that nothing will convince Beck. What about the other healer? Is he the culprit of this as well? Maybe he did something to put Beck in this position. Maybe he manipulated him as well? It is that old man wanting to be rid of Odin and every prince... And the want to be rid of Loki as well. They probably think it will be easy to have his way if only Thor is around.
No... the dream sort of tells us they want the whole family to be out of the picture.

I've missed all the Warriors. They haven't show up, not even Sif. Perhaps they're busy? It seems a bit odd as they're supposed to be close to Thor, but I guess he's spending some quality time with Loki.
Nothing is mentioned about Jane so far... I wonder how you will build the relationships outisde of the Royal Family. It has me with a lot of curiosity to be sincere.

Oh my! Here we go again. Thor is unharmed this time, no such luck for Loki. They must find a way to fight this. Then it must be something related to magic as only the ones who wield it are affected.

Yah! More stories with these amazing characters! Huh? Loki doesn't know anything about healing? That's odd. After this he will research the topic thoroughly and possibly learn as much as he can in such a little time maybe.
Wow, I can't believe they actually stayed and waited...Well, they almost went after Odin. I wonder what happened for him to stay 3 days away from the palace. It must be some pretty serious case. Does this have to do with some sort of dark magic or anything close to the likes of it?

You know I've come to realize these little stories of yours feel like reading comics. They are not very long, they depict the same characters on an adventure they have to pull through by the end of the short run. And yes, maybe it's a duh moment, but thought I'd say it anyway.
It was very interesting to see someone envying Loki.
As for Supernatural, glad you found it. One of the best brotherly relationships out there. The first three seasons are awesome. After that... difficult to say. Some may stick with it, some won't. But nothing can take away those first three seasons.

I can't believe I never finished reading this. I just now saw it and was all 'Oh yeah, that story is cool... How did it end again?' I'd only read the first chapter or two. Wow. Anyway, I absolutely love this, and can totally picture Aegir as an old dude, even if he did throw an awesome party (in which Loki learned that when crashing a party, try not to admit to any felonies). Write On, you literary genius duo you!
