I liked the chapter! Very nicely done in my opinion. And quite descriptive too. It was very interesting and well thought out. Had a nice natural flaw to it. I loved it! It was amazing. Although i see you havent updated in some years i hope you do again soon , i really liked the whole fanfic. If you continue i would like to leave you a prompt, actually. I would be very happy if you made a chapter where merlin is good with daggers. A talent with the particular weapon in both throwing and fighting with it. It is uncovered in a bandid attack where arthur and merlin are caught and merlin has to use his daggers ( which are hiden in his sleeves and boots) because magic would be too obvious. And merlin gets one of his daggers out cats his ropes , kills the bandit infront of him, relizes arthur and gives him a dagger ( to fight with untill they find his sword.) . They fight , kill of all of the bandits and then arthur confronts merlin on this newly uncovered skill of his. Merlin says that he always has the daggers with him since they were a gift from his mother ( and they were very finely made and of high quality materials because they were balinors who gave them to hunit before leaving, they were one of his weapons when he lived in camelot before the purge) and he had learned how to use them in ealdor with will for hunting, maybe ( or you can make it something completely different). And something like that, arthur is amazed and quite happy his friend can defend himself if need be and decides to train with him for some fun. I would be very happy if you made it and any changes are welcomed of course.
