| Guest chapter 7 . 2/6/2017 Caroline is not Damon's sire. Damon is Caroline's sire. Had Damon been the human and died with Caroline's blood in his system, then she would be his sire. So, if you want to put a label on what Caroline is, she is Damon's childe (a term that does exist, but I believe is not used in Vampire Diaries (at least the TV series) or The Originals) and he is her sire because she died with Damon's blood in her system. |

Fratellone is plural and literally translates into big brother as in big, not older. Damon could also call her sorellina (little sister) as opposed to just sorella. |
