This really is an excellent story so far. You are, in my opinion, a gifted writer. I followed this story in the hopes that you will choose to continue writing at some point in the future

A pity this story was forgotten.

This is terrifyingly realistic. People during a war, especially desperate people who think they know everything, are very, very, very stupid. And from what I can gather, James Potter was very much like a young Draco Malfoy without seeing things turn for the worse in his own home the way Draco did in the 6th and 7th books. That is a very dangerous combination.

I can also see Sirius reacting like this. He would never trust someone to do this kind of thing with all he knows about the Dark Arts simply by growing up the way he did. What would stop Voldemort from simply killing both children and being thorough about it? Especially when he doesn't mind killing everyone within the house in the first place?

Well written and I can't wait for more.

Does Dumbledore realize that bringing up children to respect each other is the future he has been preaching? It doesn't seem so. Silly Dumbles.
I really love the premise of this and how it's going so far.

So far, very interesting. I'm a bit surprised that Serius would be predjudiced, although I can see where James easily could be. Sometimes people carry predjudices they're not even aware of simply because of their upbringing. I do have a little bit of a hard time with the idea of him being ok with using a baby as bait although I can sort of see where you're going with it being a sort of "shoe on the other foot" kind of thing. Not liking Dumbledore much, but that's ok too. I never had much problem with fan fiction authors using creative license. All in all, I'm looking forward to this. :)

I wonder if 'he' might be Severus although I suppose we'll find out in due course. At least Sirius is against it if only because it puts Harry in danger. Looks like James's true feelings are emerging, I know he wouldn't delibatrely put a child in danger but as he feels no connection to Dudley, he'd rather sacrifice him than risk Harry. It also shows how thick he can be because he doesn't seem to understand how Lily will feel about 'her' nephew being deliberately put in harm's way.

Poor Lily, the next meeting with her and James isn't going to go well.

It was really good. I loved it, how Lily was there for Petunia. What's up with James and Sirius? By the way, I do think James is a bit OOC, just in general. I think by now, he would have realized that Lily was bent on doing this and gone along with it. Also, aren't they in the middle of a war? But otherwise, I really, really liked it. It was interesting, and I hope you update soon.

This is a really good story and it's something a bit different. You're getting the Wizard prejudice about Muggles down really well, hopefully, James can see a bit of sense.

Nicely captured wizarding attitudes towards Muggles. And it's because of this attitude that Squibs have hard time in that world. Dudders will not have it easy when he meets all those wizarding twats ranging from hateful to condescending. But, go, Lily! It's time for change.

Aww this is cute. Finally a nice fanfiction that portrays Dudly kindly-ish. I am a little confused at the moment though, but I figure I'll get it the more I read.
