![]() ![]() ![]() I know this is an old story, but I just wanted to say you did a wonderful job with everything! Even after reading it through for a second time, I almost ended up in tears. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Aww, how touching. Poor Isaaru, lose-lose situation. Nice one-shot. |
![]() ![]() wow, thats really good. You got the characters just right. |
![]() ![]() ![]() This is a truly beautiful piece of writing. Poor Isaaru- there aren't nearly enough fanfics written about him, and most of the ones that *do* exist aren't that good, but this one really does him and his brothers justice. Go you! I look forward to reading more of your work. :) |
![]() ![]() ![]() Very well written, and totally plausible. I really loved it, and the characterisation was very good! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Beautiful story. Absolutely beautiful. /Jill |
![]() ![]() ![]() I had a sudden, mad desire to read an Isaaru fic today-I am very glad I found this particular piece waiting for me on the other end of the search engine. This was a very sweet, sad piece and I liked it a lot. The characterization was wonderful, especially for these minor characters of FFX-you showed clearly the distress and inner conflict Isaaru felt/would have felt in such circumstances, and the close relationship between himself and his brothers. Great job! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Very sad...and very wonderfully written. I love reading stories about the lesser characters. Well done. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Beautiful. Simply beautiful. I have TEARS in my EYES. I'm serious. It was that moving, especially the end. *Adds story to favorite stories list* |

![]() ![]() i luffed it. . but you already knew that b/c i told you. ...so... yeah. poor Isaaru.. ;_; *wail* |
![]() ![]() ![]() Oh, I love this! Poor 'Saaru; he's always been one of my favourite characters, perhaps because of the horrible choice he has awaiting him in Zanarkand - the way you've portrayed it here is incredible, and so so sad. I like the way he made the decision to 'fail' as a summoner, and your descriptions of the closeness of the brothers, both before and after Zanarkand, is very sweet and touching. The last line, too, is a perfect way to finish it off. Absolutely wonderful. |
