That was wonderful! I was so excited to see another apocalypse fic happening. This is definitely my favorite AU. I forgot about Conrad's water thing and that gave me a little giggle when he described how he would get all dizzy if he tried to have sex on the beach. Does the ocean count as running water? Would that work? Anyway, this was lovely and I always enjoy apocalypse fics.

You know I love this. It makes me giggle and shake my head sadly at the same time. Okay, well, not at the exact same time, but you know what I mean. ;)

Holy shit this is sooo good!
I love the way y'all have tackled Worth and Conrad's relationship. While most other Conworth fics kick off with the sexual aspect to THEN kinda sorta go into the actual feeeeelings and what-the-hell-even-is-this-thing-that-I'm-doing-with-this-asshole domain, Desdemona's AU allows for the opposite. Worth and Conrad's sexual involvement wasn't even addressed at first.
If anything, I think this situation is even more interesting, as y'all get to explore how two relatively socially inept, emotionally-stunted dudes navigate through their feeeeelings for each other.
Anyway, I always look forward to your fics (both yours and Des') and it's beyond awesome to see that part of the fandom is still being kept alive by people who make good, fun, and interesting work.
