I have officially read all four chapters so far... and I'm lovin' it! It's really sad though, even in the movie you know that Cloud's still hung up about Aerith and there are no signs of him moving on, and Tifa loves him but can't seem to get his attention and Rude likes Tifa but she likes Cloud.

Rude does seem like that lovable big guy, huh? As proof, he hangs out with Reno no matter how many times Reno seems to get him into trouble. That only makes this crush a little bit more sad, but admirable, he's happy if Tifa's happy, which makes him a unique side character to say the least. Keep making more, but take your time! You've got another fan!

I like your Rude very much. He manages to be sweet yet still firm and taking no crap from anyone. Haha, oh dear, drunk!Reno and Tifa were priceless. I liked the Rude/Tifa interaction this chapter too, well done. Write on!

I'm really enjoying the banter and interactions you have with Shinra Inc. :D Even though the situation that has arisen isn't too happy, this chapter was light and humor-filled. One minor technical thing I wanted to point out was you're missing commas in certain places; for example, when someone's being addressed: "In your dreams, Reno." Actually I went back, and you did do that for some of those instances but not all. Anyway, I didn't want to nit-pick but I kept seeing where they should be and felt you should know because you're a good writer, and I want you to keep improving! I often make the offense of putting too many commas. You do have very good content!

Rude is a sweetheart in this. I always pictured him as someone with a hidden soft spot. Reno's a douche but I did a chuckle reading the lines you gave him. This chapter was infinitely easier to read. I see a lot of potential in this story. On to the next chapter!

Seems like a promising introduction chapter, GamingMistress! It was short but fun even with this bad news lingering in the background. The characterizations of everyone seem pretty on point. I was piqued by the summary, and I don't believe I've read a Tifa x Rude story, come to think of it.

Also, I think FanFictionNet may have messed up your formatting when you uploaded because this chapter was thrown together in two huge paragraphs, making it difficult to read and get into. I think that if you get that fixed, it'll help in getting more reads and reviews. Write on!
