Update!

Finally finished reading this, really enjoyed it. The description and pace of this story was really something I enjoyed.

My only comment is, the view on each person destroying their generator grew tiresome in my opinion. Maybe could do with a re think.

Wow, this is really good! I hope you'll finish it one day. Originally, I had thought Feyrbrand and Regole were going to be Syuveil's and Damia's vassal dragons, but I see that isn't the case. Are you going to include those two in the story somewhere? Anyway, this is really well-written, and I'm looking forward to the update...whenever you decide to post it. _

i don't know where you are, but PLEASE finsh this. i absolutely fell in love with this story. it totally seemed like it belonged in the LOD universe. this should like be the official prequel or something. you have inspired me to write LOd fics! please continue...eventhough you haven't for 3 years now. please!

Sorry, I havent reviewed in quite a few updates. Thanks for posting this chapter. I had begun to think that this was dying out as so many epic fan fics do. I really like your writing style, using big words that fit perfectly and dont seem forced at all. As always keep up the good work and try to get that next chapter up within the next year. Awesome chapter. You're writing style's nigh flawless, and I just have one question:

Did Damia just die? T_T I know that it looked damn well like it, and she wasn't seen in the Dragon Campaign cutscene in the game, so that could've meant she died earlier... but dammit, I don't want Damia to die. She's so innocent, it would be tragic. Hell, I'd prefer if she simply died of old age after the Dragon Campaign.

Still... that speaks volumes about the emotional intensity of that scene, if it could make me feel thus. T_T Poor Damia...

The flashbacks were excellently done, and really showcased the cruelity of the Winglies without being too obvious about it: just the offhand way that they take a life, is really a good touch.

... Come to think of it, Syuveil wasn't in that cutscene, either. v.v

Anyway, excellently written, and worth the wait. I'll be reading! D

I like what you're doing with Mayfil, everyone's facing their demons, which seems pretty appropriate but you know what I mean. GREAT job, it's not fair that your story is more recognized.

This story is absolutely fantastic! You are a truly gifted writer. I got to know Shirley a little better than in this story more than others. I especially enjoy how you include the perspective and dialogue of Winglies, most notably Melbu Frahma. This is the first story I've seen him speak in. Well, just thought I'd offer those words of appreciation for your marvelous writing. Can't wait to read more!

So I'm not in the most reviewish type of mood right now, and I wouldhave more spectacular things to say, but I'm exhausted. For I've just spent hours and hours reading this entire massive story, and... I pretty much am addicted. I love it. The characterization you've given to the originals is amazing and unique. The twist with Kanzas and Shirley as brother and sister was so unexpected for me... I caught it, I just... didn't come into this expecting that to happen, yeah?

I love the plot elements, the way you are unfolding them. And I love the fact that this story is long, but not too wordy. Everything you write is there for a reason. There is no extraneous fact lying around for the pick-up. In all actuality, the writing is flawless. This reads like a novel, not a fanfiction. I love it, I can't wait for more. SOrry my review was nowhere near as spectacular as this fic.
