This was great.

I am literally sobbing, God, I didn't think it hurt so much. I was there, on the Internet and out of nowhere I remember Arrietty and look for fanfics, and what do I find? A great story that after 10 minutes of reading continues to make me cry.
I can only say it's a great story * sob *

Hi, I definitely love this story from beginning to end.
Like many people arrive here yesterday after watching the movie in search of a Sho x Arriety.
I was really curious to see how they would be paired, however as I began to read I was losing the desire to see that match.
It's funny how from the first chapters that Takeo went out and before knowing that it was Sho's life, I started to visualize the couple of Takeo and Arriety
Despite the label placed on the story and the goal of Arriety, I thought these ideas would be crazy.
Then came the encounter with Sho and his wife, as well as the attempted suicide of Arriety and the desire to see Sho and Arriety together was completely killed, it just felt more than bad.
Too wrong.
It was a real surprise and joy for me when after that chapter I decided to read the comments and discovered that Arriety was paired with Takeo.
That my wish was fulfilled and it was not crazy ideas of mine.
Believe me, I read with more enthusiasm after that.
Although it still confuses me, what kind of love does Sho and Arriety feel?
I know there are several types of love, I wish you could answer that.
And to finish, the label of this story really went down well: since although Arriety and Sho did not end up together (thank God), the story does focus and focus on their relationship.
Sorry that this fic will end because I honestly would have liked to see more of the relationship of Takeo and Arriety.
I just have to thank you and congratulate you for writing, as well as share this story.
PS: I think it will take a long time for me to venture to read a story Arriety x Sho, because I really liked the couple you created Arriety and Takeo.

Researched the movie last night and right after found this wonderful story and finished it the day after. My face is covered in tears and I am sobbing. It hurts that he doesn't even remember who she is but it's still so perfect. Thank you for this.

I came here to run away from the obvious Spilly-Arrietty in the movie, only to end up in this. wow way to cut open a new wound and rub salt in the old one. good thing I didn't waste my time and read the reviews after this suspicious chapter. pft.

I honestly cannot stop crying. This is absolutely amazing, and I knew it was going to be amazing after reading the first chapter and seeing how amazing your writing style was and the ideas you had. I have to admit the part about love was pretty cheesy, but I loved all of it. I haven't been this emotional in a while, I swear to god. This is beautiful.

Okay I'm going to stop crying now if I can, maybe read it again and cry some more then. Goodbye and thank you for blessing me with this masterpiece!

What a lovely ending! I was really rooting for Arrietty and Takeo so I'm so happy to see them reunited at the end. It's also so bittersweet to see Arrietty and Sho at the same time.. but I'm so glad they were able to meet one more time. Thank you for sharing this story with us!

Omg I don't know how you did it, but you wrote such a sweet and beautiful story. It had me close to tears and the ending was so good. I will say, that one part in Sho's doctors office reminded me of a scene from New Girl with the fish game and all haha. Good job though!

I just found this story today, and finished it right away. I went through so many emotions because of it, and I was almost hesitate to continue when Kana was introduced, as I knew where it was headed. But I am very glad I finished it, as it was a wonderful story.

I came in thinking it'd be a Sho x Arrietty ending, but I love how you ended it. It gave me a nice satisfied feeling. You've made the OC's very lovable and believable.
